Last time I was in Kingston hospital was for the birth of my daughter and I couldn't have had a better care.
I cannot praise the midwifes enough as they were professional and carey.
The hospital was clean and the maternity wing was big and airy with plenty of carer to help you at that special and difficult time.
This experience has changed my mind (even more) about the value of the midwifes and doctors profession.

Excellent care and the processing was efficient and helpful. Children's waiting room was particularly lovely with a calm and friendly atmosphere.

Recently I underwent surgery and cannot thank ALL staff involved enough. My experience was the best I have ever recieved in this hospital, which has seen me over 30 years on and off! My Consultant Miss Ramalingham, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Her Team also involved me in my aftercare. The ward (Isabella) was spotless. I have to return for further surgery later this year, and am actually looking forward to meeting the staff again. I am totally confident in the facilities and care provided.

The hospital staff are all very helpful and kept me informed throughout my visit. The only downside I can think of is the fact it is always crowded with long queues waiting to be seen and also they are still using a rather outdated system of calling out people's names when it is their turn rather than a numbering/ticketing system or electronic system such as that used when getting blood tests etc.

The greeting service could have been better in Dermatology clinic. When I arrived there were several patients waiting but no indication as to specific area to sit in and no-one to take names.
